Service Description

Bring yoga to you! Invite me into your space for a personal tailored 75 minute of yoga practice (1-10 people) I will arrive 30 minutes before our session to chat with the host to get a feel for the kind of yoga practice they small group would be interested in. I will help set up the space and music. I love to offer hands on assist and adjustments, helping to deepen the poses or assist with extra relaxation. I will bring essential oils to help bring the full yoga experience to life.
