My Mission...

 Bringing people of all walks of  life together to building a community that encourages and supports each other through yoga!

Why I yoga...

 

I was first introduced to yoga in a P.E. class in middle school, instantly I was drawn to it. I started to buy videos and I would try to watch any yoga on TV I could. I continued to practice on and off until 2015.

Battling depression most of my life, In 2015, I discovered fitness and the importance of nutrition. At the start of my fitness journey, yoga quickly became an important part of my weekly work out. In the summer of 2016, I was in a large yoga session and I realized, I needed to sign up for Teacher Training. 

In October 2016, I signed up for my 200 hour teacher training through CorePower Yoga. Continuing to build my yoga resume, I have a passion to work with people and bring people together in community. One of my biggest passions is finding a way for kids to be a part of yoga. If you are a mom, like me, getting in a work out is hard, so I have developed a unique yoga flow for the entire family!

My teaching style is a unique combination of all my yoga experiences. I like to make sure you get a good work out along with relaxation and a nice final stretch.
