Service Description

Looking to book a yoga class to add to your retreat, corporate function or a fun group activity? Book a 75 minute yoga class for any event for 100-500 people, a hands on class will be tailored to the customers preferred level. I will arrive 1 hour before our session to chat with the host to get a feel for the kind of yoga practice the group would be interested in. I will help set up the space and music. I love to offer hands on assist and adjustments, helping to deepen the poses or assist with extra relaxation. I will bring essential oils to help bring the full yoga experience to life.
